The
Agile Strategy Alliance (ASA) is the Agile Strategy Institute’s network
of companies and individuals focused on maximizing value through
learning and practicing agile strategy. The ASA offers members a
comprehensive guide to agile strategy, distinctive member events,
agile strategy education programs, as well as a path to professional
certification in agile strategy.
A primary goal of the ASA is to act as a forum for exploring a wide array of different strategy ideas from the world’s leading corporations, business schools and strategy firms within the context of agile strategy. These include Eric Beinhocker’s The Origin of Wealth, Henry Chesbrough’s Open Innovation, Clayton Christensen’s The Innovators Dilemma, Peter Drucker’s Managing for Results, Annabelle Gower’s Platforms, Markets and Innovation, Gary Hamel and C,K. Prahalad’s Competing for the Future, W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne’s Blue Ocean Strategy, Carl Shapiro and Hal R. Varian’s Information Rules, and many other great works.
By understanding these breakthrough ideas within a holistic framework, agile strategy helps leaders apply these concepts where they can add most value to their companies.
