We offer a range of courses and workshops to help you learn and apply the principles, concepts and tools of agile strategy to advance your organization’s success. All our learning programs are led by Agile Strategy Institute faculty, expert strategists with extensive practical experience and a deep understanding of the realities you face.

Learning program

Our flagship program Designing Companies for Maximum Value in Today’s Open Markets provides a comprehensive foundation in agile strategy. This multi-month collaborative learning experience comprises instructor-led group learning sessions, group collaboration and discussion between sessions, and readings for individual study. Class sizes are limited to facilitate interaction and enable each participant to derive maximum benefit from the experience. The program is delivered in a range of formats - online, onsite or in an online /onsite blend - over a period of three to six months.

Workshops

We also conduct a variety of workshops on selected topics in agile strategy. Topics include:

• Creating value through exchange
• Understanding granular markets
• Developing winning solutions
• Designing innovative business models
• Developing optimal business portfolios
• Designing platforms
• Issue analysis and problem solving

These workshop sessions comprise learning, team exercises, group discussions and other elements. They are designed to be fun, dynamic and creative, and focused on delivering actionable results. We work closely with you to carefully design your workshop and plan every detail. Frequently there is pre-work – such as a participant survey or a set of market analyses – for presentation and discussion in the session. Each session is carefully facilitated to ensure maximum engagement and productivity from each participant, and to maximize group collaboration, learning and idea generation. Each session ends with a summary and a clear set of next steps.
